The upcoming chapter of "Tokyo Ghoul: re" will see new enemies opposing Kaneki. It has also been said that chapter 100 will see some ghouls disagreeing with Kaneki's belief that humans and ghouls can harmoniously coexist.

According to reports, Kaneki will be facing a new opponent in the upcoming chapter in the form of the new Washuu King. Furuta was able to overthrow his father by murdering him. This allowed Furuta to take over the Clowns and the V group. Will Kaneki be able to defeat this imminent threat?

Apart from that, the CCG is also expected to discover Kaneki's plan. Fans know that Kaneki has been trying to hide from the CCG, but it won't take long for them to find him.

The previous chapter saw a one-month time jump from chapter 98. And although Kaneki seemed to go back to his life and proceed as normal, it soon became clear that there will be friction between Kaneki and some of the ghouls. 

It is widely known that Kaneki believes that humans and ghouls can live together in peace. And while there are several ghouls who agree and support his ideals, there are also some who are not too keen on the idea. This means that tension is bound to erupt when chapter 100 rolls around.

Kaneki's support from a lot of ghouls shouldn't come as a surprise. After all, he was able to defeat Kishou Arima and is perceived to be the strongest ghoul among all of them. In fact, he may even be perfect to take over as leader.

It remains to be seen if Kaneki will be able to win over the other ghouls or if they have something else planned for him. Aside from that, Kaneki will also have to face Furuta sooner or later as their paths are bound to cross.
