'The Vampire Diaries' season 8 episode 3 spoilers: Bonnie finds herself in a deadly game; Tyler Lockwood returns

Sybil continues to hold sway over Damon and Enzo. But can Damon break free from her control before he harms his closest friend?
Fans saw more of what Sybil (Nathalie Kelley) can do in the previous episode of "The Vampire Diaries," when she was shown delving into both Damon (Ian Somerhalder) and Enzo's (Michael Malarkey) subconscious and discovering what it was that kept them fighting. While fans were unhappy that Sybil replaced Damon's memories of Elena, millions were gratified when Stefan (Paul Wesley) and Caroline (Candice King) finally got engaged.
The engagement was something that Steroline shippers had been waiting for for a long time now and, while everything seems to be coming up roses for the younger Salvatore, Wesley had said in a previous interview that the drama would quickly spin out of control. The actor reiterated the same belief recently and hinted that the couple might not stay together for long.
"Definitely not intact the entire time, but perhaps towards the end — although that I can't even surmise, because I don't have any inclination as to what the finale will be," Wesley told E! Online.
Their engagement doesn't appear to sit well with Damon, as the trailer for episode 3 shows him attacking Caroline and telling her to "consider this as my RSVP." Bonnie (Kat Graham) is also in danger from Damon as Sybil instructs him to kill her. But the clip ends on a light note as Caroline considers the possibility of not inviting Damon to her wedding.
Despite that lighthearted moment, fans can expect the upcoming episode to be anything but. For while Enzo continues to fight Sybil's control over him, Bonnie will apparently find herself at the center of a deadly game and will be forced to make a heartbreaking decision about the two most important people in her life. Does this mean she'll sacrifice herself for either Elena or Enzo?
The episode, titled "You Decided That I Was Worth Saving," will also find Alaric (Matt Davis) at the Armory researching a mysterious artifact that might help them get Damon and Enzo back. Fans will also be seeing Tyler Lockwood (Michael Trevino) as he returns and tries to talk some sense into Damon.
Episode 3 of "The Vampire Diaries" season 8 is set to be aired on Nov. 4 at 8 p.m.
