'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' News: Fans want Teresa Guidice back for Season 7 but still no confirmation

Filming for the 7th season of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" will start in November. The big question in everyone's minds is, will Teresa Giudice, one of the central figures of the show, be included? Guidice is currently serving a 15-month sentence for tax-related offences (Bankruptcy fraud and conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud) and the earliest she may get out of prison is sometime in December, at which time she will be on home confinement until her sentence is completed in early February 2016.

Guidice recently celebrated her 43rd birthday early this May behind bars, but her fans made sure she knew they were still there to support her, by taking to social media to greet her. According to "Watch What Happens Live" host Andy Cohen, Guidice has the most rabid fans out of anyone in the Real Housewives franchise. They are fiercely protective of her, so much so that he sometimes dreads having to ask Guidice the questions he knows she would find offence with because her fans are sure to retaliate against him.

Which then begs the question, what will "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" be without Guidice? There are reports that people close to Guidice will be in the show, like her family and her once-best-friend, Jacqueline Laurita. They will tell the story of Guidice while she is away.

However, Guidice's lawyer, James J. Leonard Jr. has previously told People that there is a lot of bad information out there and there are so many stories about her and most of those stories are wrong. He further emphasized that Guidice has always been one of the show's main stars.

"That's not to take anything away from any of the other women, but Teresa has been the focal point for the last six seasons, and I don't expect that to change moving forward, assuming both sides can agree on a contract," the lawyer explained.

Guidice is said to have adapted quite well to her prison life. She spends her time working in the prison kitchen and working out at the gym. She is also said be getting back in touch with her faith.
