'The Originals' season 4 spoilers: Marcel and Klaus may reconcile
Although Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) is the reason for Klaus' (Joseph Morgan) ordeal in the season 3 finale of "The Originals," the latest reports claim that the upcoming season 4 of the vampire series may feature a reconciliation between the estranged friends.
To recall, Marcel stabbed Klaus with Papa Tunde's blade in the season 3 finale of "The Originals" as a punishment for his crimes against humanity. This results in Klaus being in an agonizing pain that, at this point, no one knows how can be alleviated. However, despite the ordeal that Marcel put Klaus through, there may still be a possibility for the two to patch things up in the upcoming season 4 of "The Originals." This possibility was hinted by no less than "The Originals" executive producer Michael Narducci, who has said that one of the interesting things about "The Originals" season 4 is Klaus' reckoning with Marcel as there is hope for healing of some wounds.
While there is a chance for Marcel and Klaus to reconcile in "The Originals" season 4, the same thing cannot be said about Klaus and Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin), at least, as far as their past romance is concerned. As it has also been revealed that the upcoming season of the vampire series will feature a romance between Hayley and Elijah (Daniel Gillies), fans must not expect a reunion between Klaus and Hayley.
Despite this, though, Klaus and Hayley will still work to be the best parents they can to Hope (Summer Fontana) and protect her, much more that it has been reported that, whoever "The Originals" season 4's big bad is, he or she will be after Hope.
Will Klaus and Marcel really reconcile in "The Originals" season 4? If yes, who will make the first move? What event will lead to their reconciliation?
Find out when "The Originals" returns to The CW for its season 4 this March 17.
