'The Originals' season 4 spoilers: Hayley prepares to rescue the Mikaelsons
Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) may be the only one who can save the Mikaelsons in the fourth season of "The Originals."
According to the synopsis for the premiere episode called "Gather Up the Killers," Hope's (Summer Fontana) mother will reportedly find the cure that will bring Elijah (Daniel Gillies) back to life and wake up his siblings who have been in deep sleep five years after their brother Klaus (Joseph Morgan) was defeated. But as Hayley comes very close to finding the cure, she must take care of a final task that will pressure her to make a very cruel decision.
But it seems like Hayley will be successful in her quest to help the Mikaelsons, based on the synopsis for the second episode of season 4 called "No Quarter."
The synopsis for episode 2 reveals that the Mikaelson siblings will all be cured and awake — thanks to Hayley. But the siblings will immediately spring back to action after waking up and join her in another quest to rescue Klaus from captivity. However, the Mikaelsons must prepare themselves to face their former ally Marcel (Charles Michael Davis).
Meanwhile, Marcel will also have his own problems at the start of the upcoming season of "The Originals" because of his decision to allow the un-sired vampires to come to New Orleans when he took over the leadership from Klaus.
The synopsis claims that Marcel's leadership will be challenged by the horde of vampires who entered the city. However, Marcel will reportedly seek the advice of a very unlikely source so he can finally deal with his problems. This could mean that Marcel could possibly choose to talk to Klaus for help.
The fourth season of "The Originals" will also introduce a new character named Keelin, who will be portrayed by "Containment" star Christina Moses.
"The Originals" season 4 will premiere on The CW Friday, March 17.
