Another teaser video for the episode shows Cho and Vega who is pessimistic about a plan orchestrated by Jane. Cho and Vega are wondering whether the plan will work out. Since this is a transitional period for Cho and he is quite new to the bureay, this is something that's quite normal for him. Another factor that Cho has to take into account is the bold ambitiousness of Jane when it comes to his plans. Cho will later realize that being book smart is not necessarily good in the field.
