The siblings of "The 100" are undoubtedly two of the most followed characters in the story. But as the fourth season draws nearer, there are several rumors pointing to the death of one of the two most prominent characters on the show aside from Clarke.

As fans know, Bellamy (Bob Morley) made the biggest mistake yet in his entire life when he decided to be with Pike (Michael Beach). His wrong move cost many lives, including that of Lincoln (Ricky Whittle), who happens to be his sister's lover.

The saddest thing about Bellamy's mistake is Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) may never come to the point of forgiveness after Lincoln's life was mercilessly taken. The question is: What would it take to gain his sister's forgiveness? What would it take for his former friends to see that he is truly regretting his bad decision? Will his remorse be able to bring back the trust that they once gave him?

Rumor has it that the nuclear threat on the way to Earth may be the key to unlock Octavia's heart. Bellamy obviously wants to regain Octavia's trust but the latter apparently just wants to be left alone as she grieves Lincoln's untimely passing.

However, the nuclear threat that could kill the remaining people of Earth could pave the way for a bittersweet reconciliation between the siblings as new reports suggest that during the chaos, Bellamy may decide to sacrifice his life so Octavia can continue living. Bellamy's death in "The 100" season four, no matter how painful and tragic, may be the only way to redeem himself.

Meanwhile, there will only be six months remaining for Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and the rest to escape. It is believed that there will be some lighter moments in one of the darkest shows on television as people start realizing that it's best to live their lives happily for the last time before the end.

Will Bellamy get Octavia's forgiveness or will her heart be dark enough to still keep the angst deep inside even if Bellamy makes the ultimate sacrifice?

"The 100" season four is expected to return sometime early 2017 on The CW.
