'The 100' season 4 spoilers, premiere date: Jaha redeems himself in upcoming season?

Following the heart-breaking and rather emotional finale of "The 100" season three, fans are eager to know what's next for the cast, and recently, many are debating on Isaiah Washington's character Jaha and how the writers are planning to work on his storyline.
As everyone already knows, Jaha put himself in a spot where no one could possibly trust him again. While the show has given chances for characters to redeem themselves in the past, it seems Jaha's case is an exception.
Washington himself admitted that there is big work to be done regarding his character. However, he teased that Jaha won't be out anytime soon since he will have to get himself forgiven. Speaking with E! News, Washington said of his character, "There's gonna be a long road of repair for Jaha's character. A lot. I'm really excited to see what the writers come up with to hopefully get him somewhere."
Meanwhile, many viewers noticed that there is just too much darkness in the third season. Some liked the idea of death, betrayal, and loss, while some said it was way too brutal, especially for some of the characters, including Jaha, Clarke (Eliza Taylor), and Lexa (Alycia Debnam-Carey).
Inverse notes that while "The 100" has never been keen on giving its characters a break, season four may be the right time to shed some ray of hope for the heroes. The outlet further suggests that due to the heavy drama and the idea of an enemy too big to take down, the need for a show that will ease fans' fears has become even more imminent.
As for the hit series' return, Marie Avgeropoulos revealed that fans shouldn't expect anything this year since the upcoming installment will come between January and March 0f 2017.
Earlier reports predicted that the series won't return this year since it wasn't listed on The CW's shows that will air this fall. With a premiere pushed back for an early 2017 date, it seems "The 100" will make a comeback with fewer episodes. On the other hand, there is no official word regarding the number of episodes for season four so fans can keep hoping for a longer and much better story.
