'The 100' season 3 spoilers: Clarke tries to move on following Lexa's death in episode 9

Fans are still in shock with the death of "The 100" character Lexa, played by Alycia Debnam-Carey. But more than that, it's Lexa's love interest, Clarke (Eliza Taylor), who will need to move on from the shocking death, after the two consummated their relationship.
With Lexa's untimely death, Clarke is expected to be in despair, but according to showrunner Jason Rothenberg, she will somehow figure out how to block the pain and carry on.
Speaking to TVInsider, Rothenberg also shared some details on what to expect from episode 9, titled "Stealing Fire," the episode that follows the show's two-week hiatus.
According to the showrunner, episode 9 will be another "dark episode" and will continue from where it left off.
"Let's just say things unfold from there and we begin to see Clarke doing what Clarke does, which is compartmentalizing and finding a way to suck down her pain and be our hero and try and save her people yet again," Rothenberg said.
What Lexa's death means now for Clarke is that she'll have to watch her back and try to think if the new commander will also be her ally. Basically, what Clarke will do when the show returns is she'll move on because the safety of her people is of great importance.
In the previous episode, Clarke found an alliance with Roan (Zach McGowan), the King of the Ice Nation. He found Clarke to be an impressive warrior so he decided to protect her from the very people who want to bring her down.
Also in episode 9, Clarke will learn a "shocking truth" while Octavia (Marie Avgeropoulos) will need to come up with a decision that might bring "devastating consequences," as stated in the synopsis from Futon Critic.
Based on the promo trailer, Octavia could decide whether or not she will work with her brother Bellamy (Bob Morley).
