'Teen Wolf' season 6 episode 3 spoilers: Stiles' mother returns to Beacon Hills

(Facebook/Teen Wolf)Stiles has been released from existence and Scott can feel the void in his life. Together with other friends, Scott will look for ways to bring his best friend back in "Teen Wolf" season 6.

The struggle to remember Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) continues in the upcoming episode 3, titled "Sundowning," of the sixth and final season of the American supernatural series "Teen Wolf."

According to reports, Scott (Tyler Posey), Lydia (Holland Roden), and Malia (Shelley Hennig) continue to search for memories with Stiles, which could help them remember him. Liam (Dylan Sprayberry), on the other hand, is throwing a party in order to keep Mason (Khylin Rhambo) away and protected from the new group of villainous creatures, the Ghost Riders.

Also, the promo trailer shows the menacing Ghost Rider wreaking havoc in town. They bring the darkness with them as they start to threaten people to steal more possessions from them. One of the places they have unleashed their evilness to is at a house party.

It can be remembered in the premiere episode of "Teen Wolf" season 6 that Stiles was captured by the Ghost Riders in unimaginable ways. However, before his existence was wiped out by the baddies, he was still able to tell Lydia that he loves her, hoping that she could find a way to remember him somehow.

His friends are quickly forgetting who he is and his role in their lives as his existence and memories have been erased. While he is gone, his mother has returned to Beacon Hills after coming back from the dead. She could help Stiles' friends in getting him back, too.

Apparently, Stiles' absence would give spotlight to Sheriff Stilinski's life. In an interview with TV Line, executive producer Jeff Davis said, "We really wanted to show what Sheriff Stilinski's life would be like without Stiles... A long time ago, we thought, 'What if he loses Stiles, but gets something back in return? What if he gets his wife back? What does that mean? Where the f–k did she come from? How is this possible? That's a big part of the mystery, and we have a lot of fun with it."

"Teen Wolf" season 6 airs Tuesdays 9 p.m. on MTV.
