The upcoming episode of "Teen Wolf" season 6 will see Scott (Tyler Posey) remembering Stiles (Dylan O'Brien) more.

The synopsis of the third episode, titled "Sundowning," reveals that Scott, Lydia (Holland Roden), and Malia (Shelley Hennig) will continue their search for their erased friend, Stiles. Meanwhile, Liam (Dylan Sprayberry), along with the others, throws a party in an effort to make the Ghost Riders stay away from a friend who may be in danger.

A trailer for the new episode has also been released online. It teases a Ghost Rider arriving at Liam's party. It seems that not even their best efforts to keep them away will work as the Rider is seen wreaking havoc and scaring everyone.

On a more positive note, Scott is seen trying to piece things together from his memory of Stiles. He figures that they are forgetting someone important and that the person may be his friend — even his best friend.

It looks like Scott and the others are one step closer to remembering Stiles, who was previously erased by the Ghost Riders. Hopefully, they find him in time and stop the Ghost Riders before they can erase anyone else.

Meanwhile, here is a brief recap of the previous episode, titled "Superposition."

Scott, Lydia, and Malia became one step closer to recalling who Stiles is. It was also revealed that Stiles' mother, Claudia, who had supposedly died years prior, is alive. Lydia's connection to Stiles is proven to be strong as she writes his name, "mischief."

In an interview with TVLine, executive producer Jeff Davis explained the reason behind bringing Stiles' mother back.

"We really wanted to show what Sheriff Stilinski's life would be like without Stiles. A long time ago, we thought, 'What if he loses Stiles, but gets something back in return? What if he gets his wife back? What does that mean? Where the f–k did she come from? How is this possible? That's a big part of the mystery, and we have a lot of fun with it," he said.

Davis also revealed that the word "mischief" is a hint as to what Stiles' first name is. "It's a clue, it's a definite clue," he teased. "That word was not chosen randomly."
