Next week's episode of "Supergirl" season 2 will have Kara/Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) and Mon-El (Chris Wood) arguing anew as they cannot agree on how to deal with the fifth-dimensional imp Mr. Mxyzptlk (guest star Peter Gadiot).

The upcoming season 2 episode 13 of "Supergirl" will feature the magical imp Mr. Mxyzptlk for the first time ever. As seen on the released teaser for the upcoming episode, Mr. Mxyzptlk works his magic on Kara as he magically dresses her in a wedding gown after proposing to her.

Another scene shows the magical creature even donning a costume similar to that of Superman (Tyler Hoechlin on the TV series) as he shows up in the scene where the Girl of Steel is performing her superhero duties.

As Mr. Mxyzptlk seems to be fun and harmless, Kara will go easy on him. However, things will go differently as the Girl of Steel's obsessed admirer starts wreaking havoc on National City. Nonetheless, based on the synopsis for the upcoming episode, Kara and Mon-El will not see eye-to-eye on how to deal with Mr. Mxyzptlk.

Since Mon-El has already witnessed the likes of Mr. Mxyzptlk in his own planet, Daxam, he knows how dangerous they can be despite appearing harmless and being mischievous only. Hence, it is suspected that he will suggest to Kara a violent way to get rid of the magical creature.

As the synopsis also reveals that Kara and Mon-El will argue on how to take care of Mr. Mxyzptlk, it may mean that she has a less violent idea on how to handle the fifth-dimensional imp. It is also said that because of the new disagreement between the potential lovers, their relationship will be challenged anew.

Will their relationship continue to deteriorate? Fans can only speculate for now.

Meanwhile, "Supergirl" season 2 episode 13 will also be a belated Valentine offering from The CW series as it features the first-ever Valentine celebration of Alex (Chyler Leigh) and Maggie (Floriana Lima).
