A new season of the legal drama series, "Suits," is all set to premiere next month. The USA Network has released a new trailer for season 6 showing that Patrick J. Adams' Mike is already in prison and looking back on his memories when he was still practicing law.

As seen in the trailer and promised by showrunner Aaron Korsh, "Suits" season 6 will pick up where it left off.

"We're coming back right where we left off," Korsh told The Hollywood Reporter in March. "We're coming back to the very night that we ended the episode on. The entire episode as is currently contemplated takes place with Mike's first night in prison and the first night back at the firm when they've come back and it's empty."

The new trailer starts by showing Mike inside his prison cell. Flashbacks from his life then followed and fans got to see some of the important events in Mike's life from the past. These include his first meeting with Harvey (Gabriel Macht) and eventually his relationship with Rachel (Meghan Markle).

Mike's lies have greatly affected his relationship with Rachel, who was supposed to get married to him. By the end of season 5, Mike decided to let Rachel go, although she wanted for them to get married. He made the decision so Rachel could have a better future.

It remains to be seen what happens to Mike and Harvey, Mike and Rachel and the future of Pearson Specter Litt, but Korsh already revealed that the production has already worked on how long the brilliant lawyer will stay in prison.

It's expected that the show will focus on Mike's time in prison and how he needs to survive. "There are a few twists and turns. But he's not a jailhouse lawyer, so to speak," Korsh said.

"Suits" season 6 will premiere on July 13, 9 p.m. EST on the USA Network.
