The upcoming season 6 episode 13 of "Suits" will show how resolute Mike (Patrick J. Adams) is on staying away from anything illegal as he turns down Harvey's (Gabriel Macht) suggestion on how he can get into the bar.

After having been arrested for being a faux lawyer toward the end of "Suits" season 5 and spending the first half of season 6 in prison, Mike definitely knows that he no longer wants to return to the life of being a convict. Because of this, he wants to ensure that everything he does in his life is now in accordance with the law.

However, in "Suits" season 6 episode 12, Mike's efforts to base his actions on anything legal may be put to test as Harvey will visit him in his Eastside Legal Clinic office and will tell him that he knows a way how he can get into the bar. To Harvey's surprise and disappointment, though, Mike will turn down his suggestion.

"What's wrong with me is I don't feel like going back to prison," is Mike's reply when Harvey asks him why he is not amenable to the idea. 

While it appears that Mike's decision of not taking Harvey's suggestion is cut and dried, it is suspected that he may eventually change his mind once he finds out that Harvey's suggestion is not just for him but for Rachel (Meghan Markle), too. Based on the teaser of the upcoming episode, Rachel is in tears as she is not allowed to take the bar, and, reportedly, it has something to do with her involvement with Mike.

Will Mike finally change his mind once he finds out that the illegal thing that Harvey is offering him is for the ultimate purpose of helping Rachel? Will Harvey admit to Mike the real deal? Will Harvey be able to shoot two birds with one stone eventually?
