Nevertheless, the chemistry been Lt. Abbie Mills (Nicole Beharie) and Ichabod Crane (Tom Mison) is one of the top draws of this series. Episode 14 titled "Kali Yuga" will see Nick Hawley (guest star Matt Barr) receive a visit from his evil childhood caretaker. The sinister character wreaks havoc in his life, according to Hollywood Hills. He enlists the help of Abbie, Ichabod and Jenny Mills (Lyndie Greenwood) in order to get rid of her.

The promotional video, released by Fox, depicts the beautiful yet malicious demon trying to take hold of Hawley. Ichabod chimes that "Hawley was raised by a criminal who is also a monster". Episode 14 will see them help the monster rob Theodore Knox's estate. Meanwhile, Captain Frank Irving, whose role is played by Orlando Jones, will adjust to his new life.

Fox TV chairman and CEO Dana Walden has announced that there are big creative changes that will be implemented on the show, in response to its less-than-expected reception by viewers and critics alike. KpopStarz reported her saying, "We're excited about some creative changes on the show and bringing it back to something that feels a little more episodic in nature, that has closure and doesn't feel quite so serialized" she continued by adding, "Honestly, we felt watching the show, as passionate viewers, the show got too serialized. As part of our diagnostic process on any show, we tried to determine what's working and what's not working. We're trying to return the fun to it a little bit...It's all about calibrating the show, not about making dramatic changes."

Hopefully, the changes will make it a better show. For now, tune into Fox on Monday, Jan. 26, 2015 for more Abbie and Ichabod demon-fighting scenarios.
