Kody is going to be a grandpa! Spoilers reveal that "Sister Wives" season 8 will feature Maddie's announcement that she is now expecting her first child with Caleb and her pregnancy will be featured in the upcoming episodes.

Amid rumors of a cancellation, "Sister Wives" will return with an eighth season, featuring good times and some bad times as well. One of the biggest reveals for the new installment is that of Maddie announcing that she will soon be a mother. This makes Kody and Janelle first-time grandparents.

In an exclusive interview with People, Maddie and Caleb Brush revealed that their baby will arrive sometime in May. "We are both really excited and anxious. I think every soon-to-be parent is anxious, but we have so much support from both sides of our family," Madison said.

Maddie further detailed that everyone is ready to give Kody the "grandpa" name while the "Sister Wives" will be given the chance to pick a name that they want to be called by the baby.

Meanwhile, fans should also look forward to Mykelti's upcoming bridal shower in "Sister Wives" season 8. However, things won't be too easy for Mykelti and Antonio "Tony" Padron since both Kody and Christine have doubts about the early engagement.

On the other hand, it appears that everything will run smoothly for Mykelti's bridal shower. Photos unveiled by TLC tease that things will be very exciting for Mykelti and her mom, Christine, during the special day.

Mykelti's wedding date has yet to be announced but she recently celebrated her first anniversary of being a couple with Tony. It seems that the two are really in love, which could be why Christine and Kody will eventually give in to their daughter's desire to get married. The engagement issue is expected to be featured in "Sister Wives" season 8.
