'Sister Wives' season 7 rumors: A spin-off may happen instead of another season

While fans of the polygamist family are waiting for the official announcement of a seventh season, talks about the installment not happening is making the rounds. Instead, there are speculations that the next show will focus on Kody and his legal wife Robyn, who just gave birth early this youngest Brown brood.
Aside from host Tamron Hall's tweet that insinuates the coming of another season, no other announcement has been made by TLC. Even the "Sister Wives" official website does not hint at a renewal of a seventh run.
Meri, whose catfish scandal has been published into a book, continues to post inspirational quotes on her Twitter account and nothing about the show. She is the first and only sister wife so far to openly admit about feeling lonely about the polygamous setup she has married into. The revelation was made during the time she confessed about turning to the internet to fill the emotional hole she has been feeling.
Spiritual wife Janelle wants to focus on her real estate career, reports say. Others reports claim that this is her way of getting out of the setup she had lived with for years. It is noteworthy to remember that Janelle is the only one among the "Sister Wives" star who does not belong to a polygamist family although her mother eventually entered into the same set up with Kody's father.
It is not surprising for followers of the show to hear about Christine wanting to get out of the situation as well, as the last season has shown her expressing jealousy in the relationship. In their tell-all special, it was also obvious that the events that took place in the sculpture activity Christine and Kody did with their therapist remains unsolved.
Numerous reports have also stated that despite a united front, the Brown family is actually falling apart and that the only couple relationship that exists is between Kody and Robyn, which supports rumors that they will be the only focus on the next show.
