Meri, Janelle, and Christine Brown are reportedly leaving their husband Kody Brown even before the next installment begins shooting, raising the question whether or not Kody will get a new wife in the seventh season of "Sister Wives."

RadarOnline quoted an anonymous source who said, "Behind closed doors it's miserable. There's a ton of tension and no one is happy."

Meri had expressed her frustrations over her divorce with Kody just so his husband could marry his new wife, Robyn. She then poured her miseries online looking for a new lover. However, the man — who introduced himself as Samuel Jacob Cooper — she met on the Internet turned out to be a woman named Jackie Overton.

Her catfishing scandal went public and became the highlight of the show's sixth season. The disastrous affair further alienated the family members from one another.

Overton went on to publish a tell-all ebook titled "Almost Meri'd." She detailed on the book what Meri allegedly told her over their online conversations — Meri's darkest secrets about their polygamous life. However, a real ebook or physical book is yet to be seen.

Meanwhile, Janelle is rumored to be quitting the show and the family to focus on her real estate business in order to be financially secured. It must be remembered that she had already temporarily left her husband four years ago. She revealed her reasons on the TLC family's book "Becoming Sister Wives."

She wrote that she "sank into a horrible postpartum depression" after giving birth to Gabriel, her fifth child with Kody. "I felt overwhelmed by having had so many children in quick succession, and felt seriously depressed at our lack of financial means," she further added.

She also revealed that she had a nasty fight with Meri. "I was at my breaking point. I couldn't see my way out of my depression. I told Kody I was leaving."

Since Kody's three wives are said to be leaving, the upcoming season is likely to focus on Kody, his new wife, Robyn, and their newborn daughter, Ariella.
