As what has been heard on the streets, this week's episode of "Scream Queens" season 2 will likely unmask the identity of the Green Meanie plus more other exciting events slated to send the viewers to the edge of their seats.

According to spoiler reports, episode 6 called "Blood Drive" will feature Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis) and Chanel (Emma Roberts) organizing a blood drive at C.U.R.E. Institute. The details from the synopsis said that because of the influx of patients at the hospital, the medical personnel need fresh new bags of blood.

As for Nurse Hoffel's (Kirstie Alley) revenge plans, it is teased that fans will get to know more of them as the episode unfolds her hidden schemes to bring down the Chanels.

Nurse Hoffel's utter dislike for the girls ultimately earned her the spot of being one of the candidates behind the mystery of the Green Meanie. Previous reports indicated that she could be the serial killer that has been plaguing the lives of the patients and employees at C.U.R.E.

While it remains to be seen how this would all turn out in the story, the hour is promised to reveal the identity of Green Meanie. It was reported that "Blood Drive" will finally lift off the mask from this mysterious person.

Since it's "Scream Queens," there's no telling exactly who could this be. Aside from Nurse Hoffel, there are other speculations saying that Taylor Lautner's Dr. Cassidy could be the real killer in season 2.

Reports bank on the revelation in episode 5 wherein it was found out that Cassidy was actually the child of the victim of the Halloween 1985 incident. Theories are saying that his return to the hospital could be an act of revenge for the death of his father.
