'Scandal' season 4 episode 11 spoilers: Will President Fitz choose war to save Olivia Pope?

By far, one of the best episodes of "Scandal", episode 10 aired on AMC after a two-month long hibernation as fans sat on the edge of their seats. Olivia Pope (Kerry Washington) was kidnapped, and while fans asked the question "Who took Liv?" spoilers surfacing the Internet hinting that the kidnapper wasn't someone fans know.
In episode 10, titled "Run", Kerry Washington offered a stunning performance as her character miserably failed at attempts to flee. The lead Gladiator was (seemingly) whisked off to an Islamic country where she meets her cellmate, Ian. Ian is a journalist held for ransom and he and Pope quickly bond. Liv reveals, rather unfortunately, to Ian that the President of the United States loves her and will do anything to find her, explaining "He will not stop until he finds me".
With repeated attempts at acquiring freedom failing, Pope taunts the kidnappers because she knows they need her alive, but they shoot the poor journalist right outside his cell. Following Ian's death, the former communications director hallucinates and dreams extensively before waking up in her cell. Olivia attempts to flee one last time, even killing one of her captors before making a mad dash to freedom. The shocking twist is that Ian is her kidnapper and Pope was actually in a warehouse designed to make her think she was in an international destination.
The promotional video, released by ABC, depicts a harrowed Pope sending a message to the President. If he does not declare war she will die in the next 48 hours. Fitz will have to choose between his love for his country and his love for Olivia. However, all is not gloomy as the official synopsis of episode 11 titled "Where's the Black Lady?" reads: "With Olivia still missing, the team comes together to do whatever it takes to find her and get her home safely".
Will the Gladiators be able to rescue Olivia? What will President Fitz do? Find out the answers as "Scandal" airs on ABC on Feb. 5 at 8 p.m. central time.
