'Revenge' season 4 episode 17 spoilers: Margaux is hit by taxi, Emily looks shocked

In episode 16, viewers saw an angry Jack being arrested for drunk driving, despite staving off of alcohol at the fourth of July party. Moreover, Lyman died as a result of a slip that left him tumbling down and made Louise seem very guilty.
In episode 17, named "Loss", viewers will see Emily do everything in her power to get Jack off the hook. David Clarke's daughter will fight for clearing Jack's name, both in and out of court. However, her means of doing so may not be right, as a trailer shows Emily telling David Clarke that, "I'm done seeing terrible things happen to my friends."
International Business Times notes that Emily will retaliate since Margaux has clearly hit her weak spot by getting Jack arrested. A sneak peak video by TVLine also reveals that Emily will ask Victoria to tell Margaux to back off. Victoria drops by Emily's house unannounced, accusing her of voting against a wing named in Daniel's honor. However, Emily clearly states she voted in favor of the wing and then asks Victoria to warn Margaux to back off. Will Victoria help Emily?
But the real shocker of the episode appears in the promotional clip that shows Margaux being hit by a taxi as a shocked Emily looks on. Clearly, Emily didn't plan for Margaux to die as she looks positively stunned that it happened. Who could have hit Margaux, if not Emily?
Trouble spells for Louise and her hubby Nolan as they are paid a visit by Officer Ben Hunter. It seems Hunter is there for Lyman, since the congressman fell to his death towards the end of episode 16.
Meanwhile, Victoria will have a new challenge in her hands as Conrad's first wife, Stevie Grayson, returns to the Hamptons after her stint in rehab. Catch the newest episode of "Revenge" airing on Sunday, March 22 at 10 p.m.
