'Rectify' season 4 premiere spoilers: Daniel deals with starting a new life at The New Canaan Project

Daniel (J.D. Evermore) struggles to live with the group at The New Canaan Project in the upcoming premiere episode, titled "A House Divided," of the fourth and final season of the legal drama "Rectify."

According to the official synopsis, Daniel has to navigate the complications of living with a group at The New Canaan Project. The people he lives with will notice that he lacks connection to them so they challenge him to engage. However, it only makes him seek counsel from the group leader.

The promo trailer for "A House Divided" shows the events that transpired over the past seasons. The new chapter of the series shows that Daniel has arrived at The New Canaan and he gets a new roommate. Daniel tries to reach out to some of the residents in the house, while he tryies to open up about himself and his past.

The people who have been a part of his life are also trying to live as normally as possible, while facing their own struggles. It includes the lawyer who represented Daniel and still insists that Daniel opts to plead guilty so he can no longer return to prison, which he fears the most. Even though Daniel thinks he is innocent, he still can't say whether he is responsible for Hanna's death or not. However, he is reminded that after all the punishment and suffering he went through, he is the only person who can tell whether he deserves a life or not.

In other news, it was reported that "Rectify" will end with season 4. In an interview with Yahoo! TV, series creator Ray McKinnon revealed about ending with the upcoming season, "I think I've explored the story and the characters enough to at least feel good about me leaving it."
