One major cast member of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills (RHOBH) has decided to quit the show, and producers are doing all they can to change her mind.

Lisa Vanderpump, the London-born restaurant mogul, has had it with the drama and bullying of her fellow Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars. A busy lady can only take enough, making her decide to leave the show. One of Bravo's executives, Andy Cohen, is not happy with this decision, and he's doing his best to keep Lisa for season 5.

According to a report by TMZ, Cohen had a meeting with Lisa Vanderpump in her Beverly Hills restaurant, PUMP. In an effort to make Lisa stay, Cohen invited N'Sync member, Lance Bass, to help him convince Lisa to switch her mindset.

Bass is said to be a close friend of Vanderpump, and Cohen is pulling all the strings to possibly retain one of the show's most flavorful characters. It is uncertain if Lisa took Cohen's plea for consideration. Even with the help of Bass, the bullying among the cast members is still an important factor for Lisa if ever she decides to stay.

Vanderpump has not renewed her contract for the fifth season, primarily because of the success of her new Bravo reality show, Vanderpump Rules. Vanderpump Rules shows Lisa in the center of managing and running her new restaurant, SUR in West Hollywood. The staff in SUR comprise of aspiring actors and actresses trying to make it in the business.
