'Quantico' season 2 spoilers: Russell Tovey is cool in new set photo for Harry Doyle character
Following the announcement that Russell Tovey will be joining the cast of "Quantico" season two, a new set photo shows his character, Harry Doyle, with a rather cool disposition.
In the photo obtained exclusively by TV Line, Harry looks like he's keeping it cool as he is joined in the photo by Priyanka Chopra's Alex and Aarón Díaz's León. It is unclear what exactly he's doing with Alex but it's clear that he's in for something.
Tovey's Harry has been previously described as someone who's charming but dangerous. Does this mean he's befriending Alex only to betray her in the end? What is his connection with Alex's new job at the CIA? There are so many questions which have yet to be answered but the photo seems to imply that Harry will somehow make it inside Alex's inner circle.
Harry is the newest addition to "Quantico" season two and he is a series regular, meaning he will be seen more times than usual. He will be part of the second season which is expected to be slower in pace, with stories which will be explained at a more reasonable speed, as opposed to the previous season wherein the pacing focused on adrenaline-filled sequences.
Meanwhile, rumor has it that Alex and Ryan (Jake McLaughlin) will face problems in their relationship. It is unclear if Ryan will join Alex in the CIA, but so far, there has been no announcement made regarding that matter, which means Ryan will most likely stay in the FBI as Alex moves forward.
It is also speculated that either Harry or Léon will cause further problems for the two. Léon's a handsome and yoga-loving photojournalist who has chances of stealing Alex's heart, while Harry's cunning ways could attract Alex as well.
Will Alex and Ryan manage to keep their budding romance together now that they're in different agencies? How will Alex's move affect her relationships in the previous agency she worked with now that she's with the CIA?
"Quantico" season two premieres September 25 on ABC.
