'One Punch Man' season 2 rumors: Saitama to sport a new look; Garou to be paranoid
There is no denying that one of the things that makes Saitama/One Punch Man distinct from other superheroes is his bald head. However, fans of "One Punch Man" may soon witness Saitama sporting a new look as it is alleged that he will wear a wig in one of the upcoming episodes of "One Punch Man" season 2.
After it was recently reported that "One Punch Man" season 2 will feature Saitama engaging in a martial arts tournament, the latest reports claim that, before doing so, the bald superhero will look for a wig to be used as a part of his disguise in the said event.
However, rumors claim that, while looking for a wig, Saitama will meet Garou, who has already declared a war against the Hero Association by then. This, allegedly, will make Garou paranoid, thinking that Saitama is after him.
Because of Garou's paranoia, he will, reportedly, deliver punches to Saitama, which, naturally, will anger the bald superhero and prompt him to retaliate. As Saitama is known for his powerful one punch, it goes without saying that Garou will be knocked out.
Meanwhile, apart from possibly seeing Saitama having some faux hair in "One Punch Man" season 2, it is also suspected that the hero will display more expressions in the upcoming anime series. According to reports, the series' creator, Yusuke Murata, has recently uploaded past to current side-by-side illustrations of the superhero through a slide presentation, which, indeed, proves that there are improvements on the appearance of Saitama as he displays more facial expressions.
While it is unclear if the said illustrations are meant for the anime series' upcoming season 2, some can't help but suspect that Murata may be hinting that Saitama will have an improved appearance in the upcoming season 2 of the anime series.
As of this writing, Madhouse Entertainment has not yet announced when it will release "One Punch Man" season 2. However, it is believed that the anime series will return for its next season mid of this year.
