Chapter 821 of "One Piece" looks like it will be bringing a heavy dose of action, and it could even feature a memorable encounter between Luffy and Kaido.

A fight between Luffy and Kaido has been hinted at for a while now, and at this point, not getting a pay-off for the build-up would be difficult to imagine.

Even though it seems like Luffy could just as well be thrown into a clash with Big Mom, many fans believe that an encounter with Kaido may take place first.

In a Reddit thread filled with fan predictions for chapter 821 of "One Piece," one user by the name of "CarlosUnchained" commented that a potential bout between Luffy and Kaido is being built up more in comparison to one that may include the former and Big Mom.

At this point, if the build-up is the deciding factor, then it would seem as though Luffy vs. Kaido is inevitable while Luffy vs. Big Mom will have to wait.

Aside from Kaido, chapter 821 may also feature a battle involving Luffy and Law's group going up against Jack and another familiar foe in the form of Doflamingo.

According to Yibada, Doflamingo showing up again could even draw interesting reactions from Luffy and his friends.

Still, many fans don't seem to think that Jack and whoever he may bring along will be going up against Luffy directly.

Instead, many agree that it may be more likely to see someone else taking on Jack, with plenty of fans pointing to Zoro as a possibility.

Should Doflamingo also enter the fray, then that may prompt Luffy to get into the fight as well, though someone else could still take his place as he prepares for a different encounter.
