"Once Upon A Time" has become quite exciting with the entry of the three Queens of Darkness, the revelation that Snow White had a role in killing Maleficent's baby and Belle and Will Scarlett's unexpected pairing. After Maleficent's shocking reveal, viewers will now see Ursula's backstory.

TVLine reports that there will be a flashback sequence that will unveil the complicated history behind Hook and Ursula. Co-creator Eddy Kitsis said that what the pirate did to the sea witch is far worse that a romantic indiscretion or a heartbreak. He explained, "When you think about what would be worse than having your heart broken, I would say having your soul crushed. You're going to see the entire flashback of what happened, with the origin of Ursula."

Appropriately titled "Poor Unfortunate Souls", fans will get a glimpse of what Ursula was like before she became ocean's mean queen. CaterMatt provides even more insight into Ursula's backstory and the story arc revolving around the Author.

In the episode, viewers will see Hook leveraging his complicated past with Ursula in order to find out what she knows about Gold's endgame. Meanwhile, Gold and the Queens of Darkness will torture August in order dish out information about the Author. Emma, Mary Margaret and David desperately try to find them. Regina struggles to keep up her cover with the villains as she fears for Robin Hood's safety. Finally, in a Fairy Tale flashback, avid watchers of the show get to see a restless and young Ursula enlisting Hook's help to run away from home. However, towards the end of the episode, she realizes it isn't wise to trust a pirate.

Knowing the villain's backstory has certainly added fascination to the episodes this season. In other "Once Upon A Time" news, actress Agnes Bruckner has been cast as a troublemaker and may share a history with a character, reports another TVLine article. She enacts a character in Storybrooke for three episodes close to the end of season four.
