'NCIS: New Orleans' season 3 spoilers: Dwayne Pride gets in deeper trouble with the FBI in episode 2
As an aftermath of the revelations in the previous season, Dwayne Pride (Scott Bakula) and his workforce are off to a bad start with the FBI as "NCIS: New Orleans" season 3 began. In the next episode, Pride helps a prime suspect he believes is innocent and he will get in deeper trouble because of that.
The episode is titled "Suspicious Minds" and, according to the synopsis, "Pride faces further backlash from the FBI when he helps former Navy Intelligence Analyst Elvis Bertrand (Tom Arnold), who is the lead suspect in a multiple homicide case." The musician Grace will also appear to perform in the coming episode.
It would be recalled that Merri Brody (Zoe McLellan) decided to quit the force after discovering that she has compromised her team because of her affair. The team did not take the event against her, but the FBI did and so they sent Agent Tammy Gregorio (Vanessa Ferlito) to investigate NCIS New Orleans.
Agent Gregorio has been noticing how the team's method does not conform to the ways she knows. But while she appears to be indifferent toward them, it has been revealed that she has secrets of her own, too.
In an interview with ET Online, Ferlito described her character as having skeletons in her closet. She said, "Tammy comes into this group of people that's very tight-knit -- they have a unique way of running things — and she's a whirlwind. They don't know what to expect from her or what she really wants."
However, many are waiting for her to warm up with the team and it is possible that after the upcoming episode, she will begin to do so. Aside from the character's introduction, CBS has revealed two more stories to look forward to in the season.
One will be the story about Sebastian's (Rob Kerkovich) abduction because of his gaming skills and Christopher's (Lucas Black) dilemma when an old friend pays a visit.
"NCIS: New Orleans" season 3 airs tonight, Sept. 27, at 10 p.m. on CBS.
