"Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" DLC pack 2 will be about the story of Gaara. In a Facebook post by Naruto Video Games, it posted pictures and a caption that says "The second DLC for 'Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4' will include a new scenario, 'Bonds of the Sandy Sea' revolving around Gaara." The DLC will also include three new combination techniques from Sasuke and Itachi, then Lee, Neji and Tenten and finally, Lee and Guy.

This information is supported by a post that mentions the developers plan to release three DLC packs that all have the same content, which are:

  • A three-hour scenario
  • New costume
  • Combination techniques
  • Ninja info cards
  • Voices
  • Costumes from the previous "Naruto" games.

The first DLC pack is "Shikamaru's Tale" that season pass holders might already have and finished playing. For those who plan to get a copy of the DLC, "Shikamaru's Tale" costs $9.99. The story revolves around Shikamaru and the events after the Fourth Shinobi War. The DLC includes a costume for Naruto wearing the "Seventh Hokage" clothes.

It will now become interesting as to what story will unfold especially the character focused in the second DLC is Gaara. Players can infer from the title being "Bonds of the Sandy Sea" can put the story about Gaara's parents or his life before meeting with Naruto. The DLC could possibly be priced at $9.99 also given that the previous DLC has the same price tag.

There is no official release date or price given by Bandai Namco about the second DLC.
