The people behind "Naruto Shippuden" still seem to be riding the wedding fever. Episodes 497 and 498 will feature the continuation of the celebrations for Naruto Uzumaki and Hinata Hyuga's wedding.

As a recap, episode 496 titled "Hot Springs and Food Pills," which aired on Feb. 23, featured Shikamaru trying to think of the perfect present for Naruto and Hinata, eventually deciding to gift the couple with a trip to the hot springs for their honeymoon. Unfortunately, he got into trouble when Temari misunderstood his plans. Meanwhile, Sakura and Ito got into an argument over what they believed was the best wedding gift for the couple: a picture frame. Their fight culminates in a competition on who can make tastier food pills.

The upcoming episode 497 titled "Kazekagae's Congratulations" will feature the arrival of the guests for the wedding. It will also see the return of Gaara, who is now the fifth Kazakage.

The 498th installment, "Last Mission," is last episode of "Konoha Hiden: The Perfect Day for a Wedding," and it will showcase the actual wedding ceremony of Naruto and Hinata, which will take place under the Hokage rock. What should be a serious wedding ceremony will instead be a series of high jinks in true "Naruto Shippuden" fashion, even though Tenten will try to restrain Rock Lee and Guy by lecturing them on proper etiquette during weddings.

As announced by Studio Pierrot, which developed the anime, episode 497 will air on March 2 and 498 on March 9 at 7:30 p.m. on TV Tokyo.

The people behind "Naruto Shippuden" committed to release the epilogues prior to the release of the "Naruto" sequel "Boruto: Naruto the Next Generations," which will air this April. The titular character in the said anime series is a son of Naruto and Hinata. The other epilogues were already previously shown, with "Sasuke's Story: Sunrise" airing in December and "Shikimaru's Story" in January.
