Karen (Yunjin Kim) will lose her temper with baby Viv's sitter in the upcoming episode of "Mistresses."

In the episode titled "Confrontation," the promo shows the therapist blowing her top with Lydia (Alanna Masterson). Her child's babysitter is acting weird lately, with her increasingly annoying comments about her employer's love life.

Karen's relationship with Adam (David Sutcliffe) has been doing great. They actually met via an online dating website through Lydia. Because the babysitter believes that the couple should thank her for what she did, she is upset that neither one acknowledges her presence. In the clip, Lydia can be heard saying that Adam didn't even say goodbye to her at all.

As Karen and Adam continue to go out on dates and hook up, Lydia gets more frustrated. In the next episode, the synopsis reveals that she is thinking of sabotaging her boss' love life. It now appears that the babysitter has fallen in love with Adam and views Karen as her rival. It has been a while since viewers saw Karen happy with a man. Will Lydia end up ruining things for her? Incidentally, will she have to find a new babysitter soon?

Elsewhere, April (Rochelle Aytes) is growing increasingly tired of her mother's complaints. Marjorie (Lynn Whitfield) has been staying with her while getting treatment for her illness. She caused her daughter's break-up with rocker boyfriend Marc (Rob Mayes). April is now thinking that she has made a mistake by letting him go. Unfortunately, Marc appears to be getting a lot of help in moving on from his ex. As the musician tries to forget April, he will choose to focus on his music and his band. Being around Sofia (Hilty Bowen) also helps, since it is obvious she is still in love with him. Will April be too late to win him back?

"Mistresses" airs Mondays at 10 p.m. EDT on ABC.
