'Madam Secretary' season 3 spoilers, air date: The McCords have a dangerous stalker
A very dangerous person will stalk the McCords in the upcoming season of "Madam Secretary." Will he be a terrorist wanting to get even with Elizabeth (Téa Leoni)?
Recently, it has been teased that the Secretary of State and her husband Henry (Tim Daly) will rush to their youngest child's school because of an emergency. Something bad will happen to Jason (Evan Roe) and his parents are worried sick about his condition. It appears that the school is on a lockdown because an unidentified person was able to get in. He may or may not have gone there for Jason, but hints point out to the McCord boy being the target (as per CarterMatt). Will everything turn out to be okay for the kid?
If someone is tracking down one of Elizabeth and Henry's children, it is safe to say that the whole family is compromised. Elizabeth has made plenty of extremists angry because of her job as the Secretary of State. It is certainly possible that one of them will infiltrate the United States to hunt down her family for revenge. Henry's enemies may also want to make him pay for what he did to them. Being in the NSA, he has helped stopped a lot of criminals from succeeding in their evil missions.
Meanwhile, Morgan Freeman, who is also an executive producer for the CBS show, is reprising his role as Chief Justice Wilbourne in the new installment. According to Entertainment Weekly, he and Jane Pauley of CBS News will once again appear on the show. Freeman was last seen last year during the premiere episode. Pauley, on the other hand, recently interviewed Elizabeth. The anchor is expected to ask the State Secretary on live television if she will or will not run as President Dalton's (Keith Carradine) running mate.
"Madam Secretary" season 3 will premiere on Sunday, Oct. 2 at 9 p.m. EST on CBS.
