'Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV' release news: First twelve minutes of the film unveiled

Even though the latest installment of the "Final Fantasy" franchise is delayed, many fans can still enjoy the upcoming film related to the game. Recently, Sony Pictures Entertainment and Square Enix uploaded the first twelve minutes of "Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV" online.

According to reports, the film serves as a prequel to the upcoming game, "Final Fantasy XV." It tells the story of the elite unit of knights of King Regis called the Kingsglaive. It also serves as an introduction to the universe of the upcoming video game. It also presents the other kingdoms that are in the world of Eos and why they are at war.

As mentioned in reports, the first twelve minutes of the movie were able to highlight the two warring kingdoms which are Lucis and Niflheim. It was shown that the concept of magic and technology coexist in their universe. Furthermore, the film offers gorgeous graphics of CGI animation. The creatures and characters that are presented look very close to the real thing. 

Furthermore, the voice actors of "Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV" include some of the actors from the television series "Game of Thrones," Lena Headey and Sean Bean. Princess Luna is being voiced by Headey while Bean plays the role of King Regis. Aaron Paul from "Breaking Bad" is also a voice actor in the movie. He plays one of the elite soldiers of Kingsglaive named Nyx.

The film was already released in Japan back in July and has been received good reception. It will also have a limited release in North America on August 19 and it will only be shown in selected theaters. For the fans who won't be able to view the film in cinemas, they will have the chance to buy a digital copy in the PlayStation Store on August 30.
