Kate Middleton news update: Duchess accuses paparazzi harassing royal baby Prince George

The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, is no stranger to unwanted attention, but her exposure to fame does not mean that she will allow photographers near her son, Prince George, during private moments.
According to reports, Kate Middleton is accusing a photographer named Niraj Tanna for harassment after Tanna followed her baby Prince George and his nanny while walking in Battersea Park last month.
A spokesperson for the royal couple has released a statement regarding the said allegations and the grounds they are based on.
"The duke and duchess have taken legal steps to ask that the individual ceases harassing and following both Prince George and his nanny as they go about their ordinary daily lives," said Buckingham Palace spokesperson James Roscoe, as reported by NBC's Today.
"No parent will tolerate the suspicion of someone pursuing and harassing their child and carer whilst their child is playing in a public park or going about their daily activities," Roscoe added, pertaining to Tanna's shady actions.
Roscoe made it clear that though Prince George is possibly the next King of England, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are protecting their son's youth and innocence during this tender time.
"[They] understand the particular public role that Prince George will one day inherit. But while he is young, he must be permitted to lead as ordinary life as possible," Roscoe added in the Buckingham Palace statement.
