'Jurassic World' director, Colin Trevorrow, used his Twitter account to reveal the official poster of the Jurassic Park sequel, and it is reminiscent of the first Steven Spielberg-directed movie in 1993. The poster, in silver and black tones, shows the menacing T-Rex in the classic Jurassic Park logo with the sequel's tagline, 'The Park Is Open.'

Trevorrow used the hashtag "#TheParkIsOpen' to promote the new tagline. According to a report, the tagline indicates that the movie will take place in a theme park in Isla Nubar

The poster also showed Jurassic World's premiere date, which is June 12, 2015.

There have been reports of a leak of the movie's anticipated trailer, which is rumored to be debuting during next year's Superbowl weekend. It is also reported that a cut of the trailer already exists, and fans surely cannot wait to take a peek inside the new world of the famous dinosaur movie.

In May, director Colin Trevorrow talked to SlashFilm and revealed his vision for this new movie, stating that he has a modern take, with people finally getting over their fear of dinosaurs.

"We imagined a teenager texting his girlfriend with his back to a T-Rex behind protective glass. For us, that image captured the way much of the audience feels about the movies themselves. 'We've seen CG dinosaurs. What else you got?' Next year, you'll see our answer," Trevorrow told Slash Film.
