Jessa Duggar baby news: star looks radiant despite '19 Kids and Counting' cancellation as she looks forward to motherhood
Jessa Duggar Seewald, 22, appears to stay positive and look forward to motherhood despite the cancellation of her family's reality show, "19 Kids and Counting."
This past July, TLC had finally decided to cancel "19 Kids and Counting" after being on air for nine seasons.
The decision was made due to massive public backlash over resurfaced police reports that Josh Duggar had been investigated for a scandal he was involved in when he was just 14-years-old.
Without TV cameras to follow her around anymore, Jessa instead keeps her followers updated through her social media accounts.
She recently showed off her baby bump in an Instagram post and captioned the post, "27 weeks 3 days." In the photo, Jessa appears to be extremely happy and looks healthy. She also shows off her adorable pink-and-black ensemble.
Through her Instagram account, Jessa documents the sweet moments she spends with her husband, Ben, 20. She also spends a lot of time with her siblings, nieces and nephews.
These days it seems that Jessa's main priority is to focus on her growing little family.
She and her husband wed last November 2014 and they announced that they were expecting their first child in April. They have yet to reveal their child's gender.
Their firstborn is expected to arrive on Nov. 1. It seems that it will also be a double celebration as Jessa and Ben will be celebrating their first wedding anniversary on that day.
Meanwhile, after the cancellation of their show, TLC has decided to work together with child protective organizations including RAINN and Darkness to Light to raise awareness and educate people more about involved issues. TLC hopes that through this documentary, those in need will be given the information and help that they need.
