The CW officially dropped the first look for the third season of "iZombie."

Based on the new trailer, Liv Moore (Rose McIver) reveals that she will no longer keep secrets from her friends, including Dr. Ravi Chakrabarti (Rahul Kohli), her former fiancé Major Lilywhite (Robert Buckley), and Detective Clive Babineaux (Malcolm Goodwin), who found out about her secret identity after she revealed that she is a brain-eating zombie to save Major in season 2.

However, the trailer also reveals that the detective may not be enjoying all the information that he will get from Liv, and would rather stay out of the loop if possible.

According to the synopsis for "iZombie" season 3, Liv will find out that Seattle has been infested by more zombies compared to what she expects. She also discovers that a small zombie army has been hired by a private military contractor to prepare for the moment when humans finally notice that they are living among them.

The upcoming season will also show that Major has been acquitted from all the crimes committed by the Chaos Killer. However, he will not be entirely be a free man since he will still be labeled as an outsider. But he will be given a job in the only place that will be willing to hire him.

Liv will also take on the persona of several dead individuals in the upcoming season, including a pre-school teacher, a dungeon master, a SWAT member, as well as a dominatrix.

Peyton Charles (Aly Michalka) is also expected to choose between Ravi and Blaine McDonough (David Anders) this season, which means that either the medical examiner or the drug dealer-turned-zombie will be broken hearted if Peyton will not choose him over the other.

The CW will air the premiere episode of "iZombie" season 3 on Tuesday, April 4, at 9 p.m./8 p.m. Central.
