'House of Cards' season 4 news: Neve Campbell joining as a season regular

While fans wait for another season of the widely popular show, "House of Cards," the show has been steadily adding new cast members to fill more stories for season four.
According to Deadline, the show has recently hired Colm Feore for the next season as a high-profile character. There is no word yet, however, on his possible name just yet. Still another exciting addition to the cast is Neve Campbell, who, as Entertainment Weekly reports, would be brought in as a series regular.
Some reports have already speculated on Campbell's role on the show; most of them suggesting that she is one half of a power couple, who would be competing with the Underwoods in the upcoming fourth season. Other reports also suggest that Feore will also be part of the new "power duo" since he has also been ticked as a series regular.
Fans would be finding the Underwoods' relationship in more chaos this season especially with how the events unfolded during the season finale. The fourth season would pick up right where season three left off, with Claire revealing he would be leaving Frank.
Hollywood Reporter recently sat down with showrunner, Beau Willimon, for an interview who said, "A lot of the strength of the show is based on the strength of that marriage. But as soon as we began to explore that, we realized there was no turning back, we also realized we'd laid the groundwork in the previous two seasons for this conflict between Francis and Claire, and the more we began exploring it, the more inevitable it became. And the more exciting it was for us to travel that emotional terrain."
Willimon also hinted the he already foresees the ending of the fourth season, and fans have to tune in next year to find that out.
For now, there is still no set date for the premiere of "House of Cards," but fans can expect it to premiere by 2016.
