"Hawaii Five-0's" Gabriel story arc has more twists than a pretzel, something that was clearly seen in the previous episode. But the show appears headed to a relatively simple and straight storyline this week as Danny goes back to school in episode nine.

CBS is a little stingy with regards to information about the upcoming episode but a synopsis posted on "Carter Matt" reveals that the "Five-0" team will go back to school when a college professor is murdered. More specifically, Danny (Scott Caan) will be the one to return to college.

The upcoming episode is aptly titled "Hana Keaka" or "charade" as the team has to come up with an elaborate charade to catch their killer.

A trailer for the episode starts with McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) deciding that they need someone on the inside and says that Danny is the most logical choice to go undercover as a college professor. His nephew Eric (Andrew Lawrence) appears to be undercover as well and seems excited at the prospect. He certainly seems happy with the parties on campus while Danny believes that the con "has epic fail written all over it." The clip's last scene shows Danny dealing with one of the pitfalls of the job, a young student coming on to her teacher and asking for extra help.

The episode has a light-hearted feel to it, which tends to happen when Danny and his nephew work on a case together. It could also be a good case for Inspector Abby Dunn (Julie Benz) to observe as she continues her week of shadowing the "Hawaii Five-0" team.

Fans definitely need a lighter case to break the seriousness of episode eight, which showed that Gabriel (Christopher Sean) is a more menacing and dangerous opponent that Wo Fat (Mark Dacascos). The episode, "Piko Pau 'iole" or "The Artful Dodger," saw sticky fingered Hank Weber (Kristoffer Polaha) helping the team. However, the thief turned out to be working for Gabriel and was hired to upload a virus on the "Five-0" server.

Strangely, Chin's (Daniel Dae Kim) brother-in-law appeared to have paid off Adam's (Ian Anthony Dale) debt to the Yakuza. It's unlikely that Gabriel did this out of the goodness of his heart so Kono (Grace Park) and the rest of the team should be wary.

Episode nine of "Hawaii Five-0" season six is set to air on Nov. 20.
