The synopsis for episode 19 of the sixth season of "Hawaii Five-O" reveals that Lou Grover (Chi McBride) will be placed in a serious situation where he needs to protect himself and the people he loves.

Episode 19, which is entitled "Malama ka Po'e" and roughly means 'care for one's people," has Lou and his family being pursued by a vengeful mob boss. Grover had encountered the crime lord 15 years ago and now he's back with a promise - to wipe Grover and his family off Hawaii. Therefore, Grover has to think fast as he is running out of time before the mob boss catches him and exacts his revenge.

The episode will also show Max (Masi Oka) showing a picture from the season 6 finale to McGarett (Alex O'Loughlin) and Danny (Scott Caan). The two were lying in adjacent beds in a hospital bickering with each other.

How the partners end up in the hospital is still a mystery. However, fans are speculating that the scene would be shown at the end of the episode. It could be that they have solved another case which led to their being badly hurt.

Season 6 of "Hawai Five-O" is nearing its end and there are only a few episodes left thus there are speculations that the remaining episodes will dig deeper into the personal stories of some of its characters.

It could also be noted that it has just been recently confirmed that "Hawaii Five-O" will return for a season 7; so it is understandable that the story might have been written beforehand by the writers, thinking that season 6 was the last.

Fans should expect more twists for each character as season 6 is nearing its finale.
