Last year, "Halo 5: Guardians" was one of the most anticipated games of the year, and since then, it has gotten a number of free expansions. However, all the previous ones released so far are going to pale in comparison to the upcoming "Warzone Firefight" expansion, which is rumored to be releasing this month.

Reporting on the features that are upcoming in "Warzone Firefight," Gamespot states that the expansion is not going to disappoint gamers. It also pointed out that the update was right on track to release by the end of June so it appears that no delays have affected it until now. Also, the developer 343 Industries provided some details about the upcoming expansion in its weekly community blog post and highlighted how the PvE mode in it was worked on and now, the finishing touches are being applied on it. Additionally, the Warzone Boss Refresh was also being completed and the expansion should be ready to release on schedule.

More importantly, in the recent blog post for "Halo 5: Guardians," the developer outlined some of the details about the bosses and the armor that could be obtained. The armor was featured in some games that were released for the mode and they looked very impressive. Also, since the armor was named Ultra-class, it is expected to remind players about other iconic games which have featured similar offerings.

Also, even though the free "Hog Wild" update that rolled out at the end of May did not have any maps, the upcoming "Warzone Firefight" is no going to be the same. It is instead going to have several new places included and possibly new weapons for players to use. Among these, one is expected to be the 7 Wood melee weapon and the developer appeared to tease that it would be included in the upcoming update.

Meanwhile, there is no indication when Forge tools will be arriving for the PC but the upcoming mode could have more details about it.
