Grimm season 4 spoilers: Juliette keeps her secret Hexienbiest transformation
NBC's Grimm promises to pack in a punch as it airs this January after a long winter break. Fans can expect a lot more from this season, especially after Juliette's secret transformation as a Hexienbiest.
Although Nick and Juliette's relationship is built on complete honesty and trust, fans can expect her to keep it a secret from Nick as he kills them and in a bid to keep their relationship from crumbling. The character, played by actress Bitsie Tulloch, said the secrecy was understandable since the dramatic transformation "is the last thing in the world she wants". Tulloch revealed that Juliette will try to get back to her normal self on her own, shunning the help of Nick or anyone else.
Although Tulloch admits to finding this decision too "shocking and weird", it is, in fact, in line with Juliette's character. "I think it's honestly just too shocking and too weird for her, and she's scared. She doesn't know. This isn't like anything, and they've dealt with so much, but this is not like anything they've ever gone through", the actress elaborated.
Tulloch also suggested an "epic showdown" between Juliette and Adalind, as Adalind was responsible for turning her into a Hexienbiest.
Fans should also expect Adalind and Viktor to appear in the Pacific Northwest to continue the search for little Diana, although whether they will be successful or not cannot be determined. Additionally, Grimm creators David Greenwalt and James Kouf told TVLine that it's unlikely that Kelly Burkhardt will make an appearance this season, so fans can cross her out of the list of expectations.
A snake monster is hinted to terrorize the town as Wu struggles with the fact that Wesens exist. The episode "Wesenrein" is set to air on Jan. 16, 2015 on NBC.
