'Grey's Anatomy' season 12 episode 10 recap: Owen's secret revealed; Meredith-Alex romance possible?

The past few episodes of "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 have been leaving many story angles for fans to anticipate about. Just in Thursday's episode, it was revealed why there is beef between Owen and Riggs. Meredith may also be falling for Alex.
After Meredith (Ellen Pompeo)'s attack that has put her in trauma, she went on a hospital-mandated therapy. She has spent the whole ordeal with a positive mood, and told her therapist (played by guest star Bill Smitrovich) that she counts any day that nobody dies still a really good day.
She also told him that she is looking for a "tape and glue guy" who can "ask me a few questions, patch me up, and send me on my way." With this revelation, fans are speculating this exact guy is no other than Alex (Justin Chambers).
Her therapist grilled her further, asking if she has feelings for Alex or if she is even in love with him. Meredith answered it with a burst of laughter.
Meanwhile, Owen (Kevin McKidd) finally opened up about his row with Riggs (Martin Henderson) to Amelia (Caterina Scorsone). It happens that Owen has a younger sister named Megan who died for some reasons he wouldn't want to talk about. Owen and Riggs were best of friends then, and Megan fell in love with Riggs.
"He was with her the day that we lost her," Owen told Amelia. "I trusted him and he was like a brother to me. He should've... but he didn't."
Henderson had a previous interview with Entertainment Weekly about this part of the story. He told the publication that his character and McKidd's "have very different perspectives of what the actual circumstances were."
When it comes to how or why Megan died, Henderson could only predict like the show's avid viewers. "Some people were saying that I killed the sister... Some people say I was operating on her and she died. I've heard all sorts of theories. It's all very vague at this point," he said.
