Last week audiences finally found out the whole story about Derek's flirtations with a resident at the hospital in Washington D.C. While Meredith decided to forgive a smooch between them, will she forget his infidelity?

As per TVGuide's official episode synopsis, Meredith is going to get wind of Amelia's relationship with Owen. Fans now know that she is falling in love with him and that the relationship is blossoming. While some fans may be happy for the couple, Meredith hasn't forgotten how Owen was her former fiancée. When she learns of their relationship, she is not happy and reacts harshly. Amelia, following Meredith's words, starts to question her relationship with Owen. Design & Trend report that her sister-in-law tells her to stop dating Owen before it consumes her and this triggers her doubts.

In the promotional video, it seems like Amelia will call it quits with Owen as she is seen telling him, "I can't do this. This is a mistake." However, it could be a ploy to make viewers think they are breaking up when, in fact, she will reconsider her relationship with him. Earlier in the promo she has a heart-to-heart with her brother, Derek, during which she admits to falling in love with Owen. She is seen saying, "I think I'm falling in love with Owen Hunt. I'm really afraid that it's going to destroy me." Derek assures that if she is afraid, it is love.

Meanwhile, Catherine helps a man who needs medical assistance after his wife takes revenge on him because he was unfaithful to her. Fans may also see flashbacks of the first few episodes when Derek met Meredith the first time. Next week's episode will be even more fascinating since a small plane crash triggers memories of Meredith and Arizona's own tragedy many years ago.
