"Graceland" season 3 ended in what might be one of the biggest cliffhangers in the history of television. Unfortunately for fans of the drama, the USA Network has decided to cancel the show.

In the season 3 finale, Briggs (Daniel Sunjata) wrote a false report that required Mike's (Aaron Tveit) signature, but the latter was in two minds about signing it. However, Mike told Logan (Lawrence Gilliard Jr) to arrange for Gusti's release and demanded other deals in exchange for his signature. Briggs met up with Ari (Rhys Coiro) to tie up loose ends but ended up being trapped with him in an abandoned building as they were attacked by the Soto street gang. They were later saved by Paige (Serinda Swan) and Charlie (Vanessa Ferlito). Briggs then executed Ari so he wouldn't reveal any conflicting information that would compromise his report. Charlie and Paige witnessed the execution but the two women acted as if nothing happened. When the group returned home to Graceland, it was to discover that Jakes (Brandon Jay McLaren) had run off with his girlfriend Courtney, with $9 million of stolen ATF money.

"Graceland" is the second series to be cancelled by the USA Network after "Complications." The two shows turned in modest ratings this summer, although the former was praised by the network's executives for its creativity and intensity. But a source revealed that it wasn't enough.

"Creatively, it was a great show that had a successful run for three seasons, but the ratings didn't justify bringing it back from a financial perspective," the unnamed source explained to EW

News of the cancellation was confirmed by "Graceland" creator Jeff Eastin who tweeted, "Just got the word, there will be no more #GracelandTV. Thank you to the best cast, crew and fans in television."

The cancellation of "Graceland" leaves a big hole in the USA Network's fall lineup. But fans of the network still have "Mr. Robot" and "Suits" to look forward to. The former will be coming back for a second season while the latter will be starting its sixth season.
