'Final Fantasy VII Remake' update, rumors: Much awaited remake rumored to come on the next-gen console Nintendo NX alongside 'Final Fantasy XV'

Many fans, most especially the ones from the classic PlayStation One era, are excited for the coming of "Final Fantasy VII Remake" on the PlayStation 4 console, as revealed later last year during Sony's PlayStation Experience 2015 event. However, a new rumor has popped up, suggesting that not just the PS4 but Nintendo's next-gen console, the Nintendo NX, could also get the remake version of the classic RPG, and even the upcoming "Final Fantasy XV," according to YouTube user SuperMetalDavid64.
As for the basis of this rumor, the anonymous source told SuperMetalDavid64 that the Nintendo NX will offer a much powerful performance compared to the Sony's PS4 platform. The user then continued to note that the current-gen console of Sony could run the game at 30 frame rate per second while the NX can go beyond that count.
Another possible basis for this rumor is the inclusion of Cloud Strife in the popular brawler game "Super Smash Bros," which was released last December, according to the report from VG247.
Meanwhile, the next installment in the franchise, "Final Fantasy XV," is also said to come in the NX, alongside "Final Fantasy VII Remake," said the anonymous source of SuperMetalDavid64. However, the YouTuber has expressed his skepticism on this one for the reason of the fifteenth game is set to come out sometime this 2016, which makes the rumor highly unlikely if the title is going to come out as a launch game for the console.
Unfortunately, there is still no word coming from Nintendo or Square Enix to back up the claims regarding the NX port of "Final Fantasy VII Remake" or even the "Final Fantasy XV." Needless to say, just as what the YouTuber said, this is just a rumor and it is highly advisable to take it with a tiny pinch of salt, and consider it as mere speculation until proven otherwise.
