'Faking It' season 3: Production on the hunt for transgendered actors for next season

MTV renewed one of its most controversial comedy series, "Faking It," earlier this year, proceeding its second season August premiere. Season two ended less than two weeks ago and following the shocking events of the finale, fans of the show can no longer contain their excitement for the upcoming run. Thankfully for them, the program's cast has since spilled details about the its return and based only on their accounts, season three would have no shortage of drama.

The second season ended with Amy leaving her bestfriend, Karma, for the summer. The pair has had a tense year and Amy decided to go someplace else in order to clear her head. According to Amy herself, actress Rita Volk, her coming back might be met with resentment coming from Karma.

Rita Volk recently sat down with Hollywood Life to discuss the plan's for "Fasking It" season three. During the interview, she revealed that while she thinks the relationship of Amy and Karma would eventually simmer back down to normal, the road to reconciliation would be nothing but a struggle.

"I think obviously there's going to be some resentment on Karma's side. Probably, if I were Amy and putting myself in her position, I would probably have a resentment, too. I think eventually they can come back from this. It's probably going to be very bumpy. They're not just going to come back from the summer and be best friends again. I think that's what season three will finally explore." quipped Volk.

Elsewhere it seems like the production of the series is already in the thick of development. While no specific date has been announced surrounding the show's debut, the cast and crew have already started looking for new additions to the series.

Mere hours ago, on the show's official facebook page, a casting call for transgendered actors and actresses has been posted however no details regarding the part has been released.
