After his fight with Toppo was interrupted on last Sunday's episode, Goku will have 40 hours to gather the best fighters to represent Universe 7 in the upcoming episode 83 of "Dragon Ball Super." However, as Vegeta refuses to be enlisted as one of the fighters because of his wife's situation, Goku is suspected to connive with Whis in order to make him agree to fight in the upcoming "Tournament of Power." 

Some fans could not help feeling disappointed with "Dragon Ball Super" episode 82 when the special fight between Goku and Toppo was interrupted as both of the two fighters got serious in what should be a friendly tournament. However, fans of the anime series can look forward to more action in the future episodes of "Dragon Ball Super" as this Sunday's episode, episode 83, will feature Goku being told to form a team of the strongest fighters to represent Universe 7 in the upcoming tournament.

Episode 83 comes with the title "Form the Universe 7 Team! Who are the Strongest Ten?!" and it is apparent that the upcoming episode will focus on the process of recruiting the best fighters for the upcoming "Tournament of Power." As Goku is only given 40 hours to complete his team, the pressure to select the strongest to form the representatives of Universe 7 is on him, much more that he realized during his fight with Toppo that fighters from other universes are not to be underestimated.

It has been learned that one of the fighters that Goku will approach to be a part of his team is Vegeta. However, as Vegeta's wife, Bulma, is about to give birth to their second baby, it is said that Vegeta will decline the invitation as he wants to be present when his second child is birthed.

However, some believe that, given how stubborn Goku is, he will not stop until he can make Vegeta say yes. It is even suspected that Goku may ask Whis, the angel of the god of destruction, to make Bulma give birth early so that Vegeta can take part in the tournament and increase Universe 7's chances of winning.

Will Vegeta eventually join the tournament? Will Bulma really give birth early because of Whis' magic?
