Majin Buu of Universe 7 will face Basil of Universe 9 in a battle in the upcoming episode of "Dragon Ball Super." Titled "Universe 9's Kicker Basil vs Universe 7's Majin Buu," episode 79 will follow the Universe 7 team as it brings Majin Buu on the ring for the series of mini tournaments held in preparation for the Universe Survival main games.

The promo for the episode reveals that as Majin Buu faces Basil, he will get his team in danger as he treats the battle as a mere game. University Herald noted that both fighters share almost the same personalities, but Majin Buu is more naïve and tends to be too lax when dealing with his opponents.

In Universe 9, Basil is known for his killer kicks and for playing with his opponent before giving his all in the fight. There are speculations that Buu's naivety will put him in great danger in the upcoming episode as Basil immediately fights him in full mode right at the beginning of the fight.

The promo video for the episode shows that Buu will enjoy his time on the arena while Basil hits him. It also looks like Basil's attack will not make any impact on him, as the clip shows him lying on the ground but still smiling after an attack. As the pink alien takes the match too lightly, Goku and his teammates will be worried about Buu but will still continue to cheer for him.

Comicbook previously reported that "Dragon Ball Super" season 5 will revolve around the battle of the Universes. The synopsis for the arc reads, "At Goku's request, the Omni-Kings' "Tournament of Power" martial arts tournament between universes now begins! But this also proves to be the beginning of universal destruction. What awaits the victors of this tournament, and the vanquished? How will these intense team battles between the elites turn out?"

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 79 will air on Sunday, Feb. 19, at 9 a.m. Japan Time on Fuji TV.
