The third season of Lifetime's "Devious Maids" ended almost two months ago and fortunately for the show's fans no longer would have to worry about the series' renewal for season 4. Last September the network officially confirmed that they have ordered one more run for one of their top performing television programs.

"Devious Maids is a steady hit that continues to deliver for us. It has found a loyal audience that is socially engaged with the show." explained Liz Gateley, executive vice president of Lifetime, as reported by Deadline.

No announcement has been made surrounding the premiere date for the upcoming return of "Devious Maids." Avid viewers of the series however can take solace in the spoilers that the cast and crew so generously revealed.

At the offset of the third season finale, Sabrina Wind, executive producer for the series, sat down with TV Line to discuss her plans for the upcoming run. During the interview, she explained how the revelation that Carmen gave up a child for adoption would be explored further in season four.

"Yes, absolutely. That was the intention to introduce that for Season 4." Spilled Wind.

During Latina Magazine's Hot List 2015 event, "Devious Maids" star Dania Ramirez dished about the upcoming production of the series. In the interview, she revealed that the development is still in its very early stages. However with the shocking events of season three, the upcoming season would surely be as exciting.

"A little bit of everything. We haven't even had a reading with the writers so I have no idea. But season three ended with a bang, someone might not comeback, a house exploded, Perry is back in my life. So there is a lot going on."

"Devious Maids" season four premiere date has yet to be announced. However, the show is expected to return by next year.
